Sayuri Amamiya (天宮 小百合 Amamiya Sayuri) is a character in Tokimeki Memorial Only Love.

Sayuri is a second-year student at Tsumugino Private High School in the same class as Riku Aoba who is considered as the belle of Tsumugino Private High that she is loved or admired by many including Riku. It did not take long before rumors about her beauty, intelligence and attitude began to spread in further promoting her already shining bright reputation. Actively participating in school events, Sayuri barely has time for herself. Unfortunately, even if she does, she will always use this time to study especially when she is at home. She is occasionally part of the Student Council Committee whenever they need help or request assistance by Haru Sakurai (the Student Council President, 2nd Year Student).
Initially, she treats Riku like any other classmate of hers. She indeed finds his good points while working with him in school. However, her love for him develops when Riku, who is instructed by Misao Kurotokage (the Drama Club Advisor) to act out a role as a confessor of love to someone. It happens that Sayuri is there right before him when he acts out that role with his eyes closed blindly, stunning her senselessly and forcing her to run away embarrassed and astounded. Although this incident is resolved by them, it seems that something has touched her heart that day. She began to pay more and more attention towards Riku, growing affection towards him at the same time. It became clear that she is starting to have feelings for him when Riku obliviously helped Sayuri de-stress who have been overloaded with work related to the Cultural Festival, other students' problems related to that very event as well as the lack of help from the student body itself. She almost had an emotional breakdown because of that. Riku, who is supposed to ask her if she would audition for a play for the Drama Club during the Cultural Festival, is at the right place at the right time to be with her at the place where Sayuri regarded as a secret hideaway from everyday school work. Then, a popular teen magazine model idol, Yukari Higashino, came to test out her acting skills for her former instructor, Misao, and discover how much Sayuri is in love with Riku. She urges her to do her best to win him over before she does. Sayuri took that seriously. Before the Cultural Festival, Sayuri would have wished to see Riku watch her practice the play. During the Cultural Festival, she would like him to see the play himself. But because of the work related to the Cultural Festival, he never makes it. Although disappointed, they still met each other at the great tree in school in the end. During a school trip to Hokkaido, Riku wants to visit the places of interest here with Sayuri but is misunderstood and thought that Sayuri has other plans. Actually, Sayuri is thinking the same thing as well. Sayuri is saddened about missing this good opportunity to know him better.
However, Sayuri, acting as a female assistant for the host of the cosplay contest, Sakurai, is able to give a Christmas present to Riku during a Christmas Eve Party. Riku is seen returning home with a watch that is chosen by him from many countless presents that night. It is the one which Sayuri bought for him with hopes that he will pick her present at the end of the cosplay contest. Apparently, it is of the same design as the watch Sayuri is frequently wearing.
On New Year Day, Sayuri visits Riku who is alone on that day to accompany him. She did not know that two other girls did the same thing as well. She almost confessed to him on that day as well. On Valentine's Day. Sayuri failed to give her chocolates to Riku and found out about his transferring out of school. On the last day before he transfers out, Sayuri finally manages to confess her love to him with some help from Haru under the Legendary Tree who is later called the Tree of Our Wish.
